General FAQs

We try to offer the best possible value on all products throughout the site. Whilst we do not guarantee to beat the price of a competitor, contact us using the form at the bottom of this page with information on the lower priced item and we will check to see if we can match their price.
Deal of the Day runs for 24 hours. Newsletter subscribers, social media followers and members of the site may receive early access to deal of the day products and other exclusive deals.
We aim to offer the lowest possible prices on products throughout the store. At the moment we do not offer a rewards program, you can receive discounts on certain products by signing up for auto-ship.
Clearance products may be short dated or discontinued. Either way, this will be clearly listed in the products information page.


All payments are processed by PayPal or bank transfer. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit/debit card, these payments will still be processed by PayPal. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will be sent bank details, please use your order number as a reference.
On the cart page, you can enter your discount code. Discount codes are not valid for Deal of the Day items.
Usually backorders are ready for dispatch within a week, if there is a further delay you will be alerted via email.
We generally ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, if your order has not been dispatched yet. You can request to cancel it, please get in touch with us via the form at the bottom of this page to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped out, you can return it as long as it has not been opened. Please note, if the order has already been shipped, your refund will not include the shipping cost.


Delivery fees are based on charges from Australia Post and vary depending on the size of your order and your location. Postage charges start at $5.95 for small local deliveries. We do not currently offer free delivery.
We do not currently allow orders to be picked up.
If all of the items you ordered are in stock, you will generally receive your items within 2-6 business days. Please allow a couple of extra days for rural locations.
Yes, we can post most items to PO Boxes, however bulky/wholesale orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
Yes, log in to your account and go to the 'My Account' page. From there you can view your recent orders and the tracking numbers for each one.
We ship orders within Australia and to New Zealand. Import taxes may be collected when posting internationally.
